This template helps you set nutritional goals, create detailed meal plans, and track your nutrient intake. It is designed to help you identify foods that meet your specific dietary targets.
Follow this process to get started: 1. Enter Your Details: Go to the 'Settings' sheet to input your personal information (age, gender, activity level, weight goals, etc.). 2. Review Recommendations: On the 'My Stats' sheet, review your calculated daily energy expenditure and recommended nutrient intake. 3. Create a Plan: Go to the 'Meal Planner' sheet to build your meal plans by adding specific meals and foods. 4. Analyze & Discover: Return to 'My Stats' to compare your plan against your goals, or use the 'Food Discovery' sheet to find foods that meet your needs.
On the 'Macronutrient' tab of the 'My Stats' sheet, select a Meal Plan from the dropdown menu. The dashboard will then display key comparisons of your plan's macronutrient intake against your recommended targets.
On the 'Micronutrient' tab of the 'My Stats' sheet, select a Meal Plan from the dropdown. You can then click on any micronutrient in the list to see a detailed comparison of your intake vs. your recommended amount, along with information about that nutrient's benefits.
