Go to the 'Applications' sheet. First, select the relevant recruitment from the dropdown menu in the top-right corner. Then, click the 'New Application' button and complete the form. The new applicant will appear on the board in the appropriate stage.
On the 'Applications' sheet, find the applicant's card and click the 'View' button. On their detail page, click the 'Edit' button, change the applicant's stage using the dropdown menu in the pop-up window, and then save your changes.
