This template is a comprehensive solution for project planning. It includes a project Overview dashboard, a detailed task table for managing Sections, Tasks, and Sub-tasks, and a visual Gantt chart. Key features include customizable statuses and date dependencies.
The template uses a three-level hierarchy to structure your project: • Sections: The highest-level project phases or categories. • Tasks: The individual deliverables or actions within a Section. • Sub-tasks: Smaller, more detailed steps required to complete a Task.
On the 'Gantt' sheet, use the view dropdown menu to select one of three layouts: • Full View: Shows the 'Overview' section and all table columns. • Normal View: Hides the 'Overview' section but shows all table columns. • Compact View: Hides the 'Overview' section and all optional table columns.
Go to the 'Settings' sheet and click the 'Edit' button in the 'Status labels' section. A window will appear where you can define the names for 'Not Started', 'Completed', and up to five unique 'In Progress' statuses to match your workflow.
